Asistian plans are priced in Mexican Pesos (MXN) and include VAT. Billing is processed in Mexico. We accept major credit and debit cards. All prices shown on the pricing page are the final amounts — there are no hidden conversion fees for customers paying in MXN.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. When you upgrade, the new plan takes effect immediately and you are billed the difference for the remainder of your billing period. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle so you keep your current plan’s features until then.
Yes — you can start for free by creating an account at app.asistian.com/register. No credit card is required to get started. You can connect your channels and explore the platform before choosing a paid plan.
Each plan includes a monthly AI conversation allowance (1,000 on Starter, 2,000 on Growth, and 10,000 on Scale). When you reach your limit for the month, your AI assistants will pause automated responses for the remainder of that billing period. Your team can still handle conversations manually through the unified inbox. Your limit resets at the start of each new billing cycle. If you regularly hit your limit, upgrading to a higher plan is the easiest way to increase your allowance.
No. All Asistian plan prices include VAT and are billed in Mexico with no mandatory contracts. The price you see on the Plans page is what you pay. There are no setup fees, no per-seat add-on charges beyond the users included in your plan, and no surprise line items.
Yes. There are no mandatory contracts or long-term commitments. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us at no-reply@asistian.com. After cancellation, your account remains active until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again.

An AI conversation is any exchange in which Asistian’s AI assistant sends at least one automated response to a customer within a single conversation thread. A conversation thread groups all messages between your business and a specific customer within a 24-hour window (following Meta’s messaging window rules for WhatsApp and Messenger). Multiple messages back and forth within the same 24-hour window count as a single AI conversation, not multiple. Your monthly AI conversation allowance tracks how many of these unique exchanges your AI assistants handle during your billing period.
