Profile settings
Go to Settings → Profile to update your personal and business information.- Name — Your display name, visible to teammates in conversation assignments and notes.
- Business name — Appears in your AI assistant configurations and exported reports.
- Timezone — Set your local timezone so that analytics, scheduling, and conversation timestamps are accurate for your region.
Choosing a plan
Asistian offers three plans, all priced in Mexican pesos with VAT included and billed month-to-month — no fixed-term contracts.All plans include a free trial so you can test the platform with your real channels before subscribing. No credit card is required to start your trial.

Inviting your first team member
Go to Settings → Team and click Invite member. Enter your teammate’s email address and assign them a role.- Administrator — full access to settings, billing, integrations, and all conversations
- Manager — can view analytics, manage conversations, and adjust some configurations
- Agent — can view and respond to conversations assigned to them
