After creating your account, take a few minutes to complete your profile, select a plan that fits your team size, and invite your first collaborator. These steps ensure Asistian is configured correctly from the start and that your team can get to work right away.

Profile settings

Go to Settings → Profile to update your personal and business information.
  • Name — Your display name, visible to teammates in conversation assignments and notes.
  • Business name — Appears in your AI assistant configurations and exported reports.
  • Timezone — Set your local timezone so that analytics, scheduling, and conversation timestamps are accurate for your region.
Save your changes before moving on.

Choosing a plan

Asistian offers three plans, all priced in Mexican pesos with VAT included and billed month-to-month — no fixed-term contracts.
All plans include a free trial so you can test the platform with your real channels before subscribing. No credit card is required to start your trial.

Starter is a good fit for solo operators or small teams that need to automate FAQ responses, appointment booking, or order taking — for example, a salon, a clinic, or a restaurant. Growth is designed for businesses managing multiple channels and needing more than one AI agent — for example, one for sales, one for support, and one for reception. Scale gives larger teams the full platform, including advanced analytics, multiple WhatsApp numbers, and onboarding support for webhook and Zapier integrations. To select or change your plan, go to Settings → Billing → Plans or visit /billing/plans for a full comparison.

Inviting your first team member

Go to Settings → Team and click Invite member. Enter your teammate’s email address and assign them a role.
  • Administrator — full access to settings, billing, integrations, and all conversations
  • Manager — can view analytics, manage conversations, and adjust some configurations
  • Agent — can view and respond to conversations assigned to them
Your teammate will receive an invitation email with a link to create their account. They’ll be added to your workspace automatically when they sign up.
Invite your team during the free trial so everyone can get familiar with the platform before you go live with customers.
